No. Many of our clients are at work, out of town, or running errands while we clean. Here's how to give the team access, what to set up ahead of time, and what to expect on cleaning day.
Common ways to give your cleaning team access. Share the details when you book.
| Access option | How it works | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Lockbox | Leave a key in a lockbox and share the code | Double check the code works before cleaning day |
| Door code or smart lock | Share your entry code with us | A guest code you can turn off later works well |
| Key | Give us a key or tell us where it will be | Let us know if the key opens more than one door |
| Condo front desk or concierge | Leave a key at the desk and authorize the team | Many buildings ask vendors to check in or use a service elevator |
| Gated community | Add us to your gate list or visitor app | Share any gate instructions when you book |
| Alarm | Share your alarm instructions ahead of time | Tell us if the alarm needs to be set again when we leave |
In Brickell, Miami Beach, Aventura, and other high rise buildings, the front desk decides who goes up. Sort it out the day before:

Please double check your access details. If the team arrives at the scheduled time and can't get in, for example nobody answers, the code doesn't work, or the building turns them away, it's treated as a no show and the full cleaning price is charged. That's in our Terms of Service.
Plans changed? Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. Changes with less than 24 hours notice carry a fee of 50% of the cleaning price. Call or text (786) 600-4088 anytime; after hours, our AI assistant can handle it.
It's fine to be home. Staying out of the room being cleaned helps things move faster. Working from home? Tell the team which room to clean first, or which one to leave alone during your calls.
No. Many clients give us a key, lockbox, door code, smart lock, gate access, or a key at the front desk. Just share the instructions when you book.
Tell your front desk or concierge a cleaning team is coming, leave a key or authorization, and ask about vendor check in or service elevator rules. If the building needs a certificate of insurance, we'll send one.
Yes. You get a text when your team is on the way, and they arrive within 1 hour of the agreed time. You get another text when they arrive, and a text and an email with your checked off checklist when the cleaning is done.
It's treated as a no show and the full cleaning price is charged, so double check codes, keys, and building access before cleaning day.
Pets are welcome. Please keep them secured or put away during the clean, like in a closed room or crate. Homes with pets have a $15 per pet charge.
