• Tell us what was missed, and send a photo if you can
• We schedule a time to come back and touch up those areas at no charge

What the Promise Covers

The touch-up covers anything on the checklist for the service you booked that wasn't done to your satisfaction. For example, a smudged mirror, a missed baseboard, or crumbs left in a drawer.

Good to Know

• The 24-hour window lets us fix the issue while it's still clearly from our visit
• A touch-up covers the missed areas, not a full second cleaning
• Tasks that weren't part of the service you booked aren't covered, but we're happy to quote them
• Some stains and buildup won't come out completely in one visit. We'll tell you if we think that's the case
